With the rise of the Berlin Wall, Gerta's family is divided. Her father and brother Dominic is on the western side were there is freedom, and she, her mother, and other brother Fritz on the eastern side where its controlled by the Soviets. Gerta know how dangerous it is to look at the wall, but one day she glances at the wall and sees Dominic and he waves to her. A few days later, she looks again and sees her father doing the movements to the song he always sang to her and particularly emphasized the digging part. She tries to figure out what he means.

Kind of boring and intersting

This book is full of twists and turns. It's suspenseful and it provides a good look into the dancer world. It shows the struggle of being a new girl and trying to fit in in a new place. It's a really amazing book.

This is a great book filled with adventure and suspense, although it leaves somethings to be desired. It is a great story with a great plot. Louis only revealed what he wanted to when he wanted to. All in all, it is a great book I recommend for readers of any skill.

This book is actually good if you want to read a short book this book is right for that.

I found this book very enjoyable. It's about a girl who got transferred from Kansas to the Land of Oz. She could not find her way home. Soon she met the Munchkins who told her to follow hte yellow brick rode. The adventure begins... My favorite part was when Dorthy meets the Cowardly Lion who is a very funny character in the book. I strongly recommend everybody to read.

In this collection of short stories, Joe Hill builds world and asks important questions. In "loaded", we explore what could really happen in the "good guy with a gun" stance on the gun debate. In "Rain", one woman journeys to find her girlfriend's house in a post apocalyptic world where needles rain from the sky. These stories and other horror and dark fantasy novellas are definitely worth the read
