It was a difficult and slow read, but I worked on it an hour or two a week for a while. It was okay. I didn't really understand why the protagonist was so anxious to get into the castle, or why his lady friend was so into him, or many things at all during the reading, but it was mildly okay.

I loved the constant x-men, and music references in this book. "Eleanor And Park" is probably one of the cutest love stories I have ever read! I could not stop smiling while I read this book.
